When I was 12 years old I wrote a book. I think the backbone of the story is solid, but I figured I would give it a makeover and make it...you know...good. In the story, the people were on another planet, but were human. I figured I would make up a species instead. So this is the main character. Her specs are in the picture.

The Taireskeedi live on the planet Trinea and are generally peaceful and live in a monarchy. Their skin color ranges from white to black in a purplish tone and have hair of different colors, all relatively neutral and desaturated. They max out at about 5 feet of height, have long legs and arms and have lanky bodies. They aren't an exceptionally intelligent species, but neither intelligent species on Trinea are technologically advanced in the sense that their technology is still very close to nature. They are agile, but lack strength. Their main defense and advantage is their manipulation of powerful rocks found on the planet. Certain minerals have certain abilities, mostly in controlling the elements and nature.

Their rivals are the Dravarians who seek to conquer them. While the Dravarians have intelligence, strength, and technology on their side, the Taireskeedi can't be defeated because of their ability to control these minerals to defend themselves and their kingdom which is why the battle before this story takes place was a failure on the Dravarian's part.

The story I made up has four parts, this one being the first. The gist of this one is that it's a Romeo and Juliet type story, but more closely related to the play as the two main characters' love for each other is stupid and causes problems for everyone.
