*Quickly jumps in.* Well, just think of me as one less strange person who this appealed to.
I love the look to all that drool, and you beautifully capture so much fleshiness to the tongue.
The sketchiness to it gives it a wonderful, ferocious and deadly look and feel.

It's phenomenal. Astounding. Even if it's just a sketch it's pretty impressive. The colors, the lightning/shading, the details.. It's both horrifying and inviting at the same time. :D
I really like the way it's flesh is being stretched on the sides, and the tongue looks just lovely. How would it be to stick your arm down that hole? It would slide down quite easy because of all that slobbery drool. The sensation would be pleasant, I'm sure of it. At least up to the moment when the beast decides to bite down (as hard as it can). :p
