I originally was only going to post this to my Tumblr since it is SO rough and sketchy and full of errors...but, after looking over the rest of my gallery, I realized that, frankly, I have worse uploaded here. So, fuck it.
This is, once again, my Tamaranean Green Lantern, Mykor'i...and, believe it or not, this is merely the only scannable pic of her. Since creating her in DCU Online less than a month ago, I have doodled her a few times. Odd that, of all my creations, both original and fan-based, she would apparently spark some kind of creative urge in me again. I mean, c'mon...Starfire with e GL ring? It's so fanwanky I should be embarrassed with myself...but I'm not. Yeah, this is piss-poor even by MY lackluster standards...but I'm DRAWING again. It's not all scannable, it's a poor re-start...but it IS a restart. I'm ENJOYING myself drawing her, something I haven't been able to say about my art in too long a time, and if my silly little sexy Mary Sue fancharacter is enabling me to enjoy myself again, then I will draw her. I will draw the HELL out of her. And I will find what it is about her that is so much fun and I will see if I can recapture that feeling in drawing other things as well.
Hell, if my previous muses were a sex-crazed Korbat and a Summerwing Pony, who's to say a Tamaranean Green lantern can't also fill the role?
I'll post her origin and such some day soon, but for now...I'm gonna go doodle some more.
