A common Japanese figurine believed to bring good luck to its owner. The figurine depicts a cat beckoning with an upright paw, it's usually displayed in shops, restaurants, pachinko parlors and other businesses.

I was window shopping with my mom one day, We have a local world market here and I saw these two! I bought them as a birthday gift for a friend of mine! He has a fond liking for these and I liked who they looked. Why not add more to his growing collection!~
They material background is a scarf I made for my friend as well, I thought I would include it in the photo because its part of his gift!
I really do like the little figurines though! I thought it was neat how they had a black and white one! Reminded me of Yin & Yang!
So the Kanji (I'm going to assume it's Kanji) written on their bellies means 'Luck'! Or so I've been told XD
It's also been a rather long while since I posted something! <3
