When Springfield brought back Prohibition, Homer began digging up the barrels of Duff Beer buried at the dump. He became the Beer Baron, the authorities brought in Rx Banner to enforce the law. Well the punishment for beer running is being launched on a catapult. Rex was shot when the law was repealed. Now he has captured Lisa Simpson as bait to get his revenge on the Beer Baron.
