The thing is I still draw nipples on naked males, so that pushes that assumption out by the window. xD; The definitive and real way to know if a character I've drawn is male or female is the eyelashes. That's the only thing I fully keep different. That and the chest's shape; male tend to get wider/flater styles compare dot females who always will have rounder pushed up boobs or heavy sagging ones. :3
