In this picture you see a private little party. The table in the picture is a kotatsu a table with an integrated heater. It's usally for japanese families to sit around the table with warm drinks and these orange things on the kotatsu aren't mandarin oranges but satsuma mandarin they are typical eat during winter. So Grey is an alcoholic and his uncle Red too. Also Red use his extra arms (his scarf) to drink more. Acohol cause an extrem change in Greys character when he's drunk he his happier and more annoying and he can't hear anybody because he always laugh or talk to himself. This alcohlic drink is a chinese hard liquor called "Paical" or so. White and Dean are desperate because Grey really have problems with alcohol. And the white fox who sleep beside White is Damian he hide his true appearens which is totally untypical for demons. And btw. only to mention it I don't live in japanese or am japanese I only watch too many animes :b .
