Naw, i'm sorry. I don't know anything of Photoshop. Hope you get the help you're looking for tho.

Why does this look like white to me? lol Photoshop has me brainwashed

its yellow on my screen D: but everything else looks white. its just my photoshop

Do you have any problem seeing pure white with your screen? It could just be your screen is being defective or that you may have a bug with your photoshop.

everything else is white :( but my photoshop. the text box im typing in now is white

Okay, it's easy. First, make sure you have the original copy from the downloaded file. (If you don't you're basically fucked lol).
Second, uninstall Photoshop using the Uninstall A Program (if you have a PC, if it's Mac I'd imagine they have something similar.)
Third, after you've uninstalled it, go to the folder/file/zip of Photoshop CS5 and click on the system file that'll allow you to install (should say install or be the icon of a computer with a box and CD)
After that, you should have a fully installed photoshop with the problem fixed. If that doesn't work, try clearing your clache of the problem.
