I completed the challenge the night I got it, but I totally forgot to post it. Silly me. ^^"

So, This is what I conjured up from my challenge basket. I mad a pie.
A pie, ladies and gentlemen.

I made a oreo, nilla wafer and almond crust. Chunky peanut butter pie filling with maple syrup. Then, while the pie was cooking I melted down the marshmallows and oreo cookie icing together and folded in the cooked sweet potato; creating sort of a sweet potato icing. FUCK YEA!

The only issue I had was that I had toasted the crust before baking the entire pie and well when I did bake the entire pie, the crust burnt at the bottom.

I know it's not the prettiest of desserts and the picture doesn't do it justice, but all in all, it was really yummy. you can even ask my roommates and the guy on the 2nd floor.
