Yes, the I kind of like the semi-retarded, lardass look that the early 90s cartoon Robotnik had. It was endearing in a bizarre sort of way!

Also: I like this version the most. The SatAM series was the best series. But as I've grown up, I've grown to appreciate the original, anarchic cartoons.

so is this one before the SatAM series then??? i reckon the SatAM version had the best voice actor, he actually did sound like someone to fear. and he looked pretty fearsome too.
