wow, now there's a gal I haven't seen in some time, more less VERY glad to see some new artwork from yourself!
I Think the neon outlining might have been a tad too strong in the color department, turning what should be a way to break up parts, something that actually kinda dulls out your far darker coloring job. Instead of enhancing, I think it muddles up more sadly.
OC or Sai thought, it's less the pen an artist uses, and more on having said pen work for you. I would be lying thought if I was to try to tell you that Sai wasn't the current tool of the trade thought, almost everyone I watch uses it for sketches/inks/shading/coloring to one degree or another that fills their own approach.

Normally I go for a darker colour on the outline/inks than the base colour they're surrounding, but due to how dark the purple was getting, I felt it would just blend in too much.. or just be so dark that I might as well have used a standard black ink. I don't know... I've seen some folks use a lighter tone so I tried that... guess it didn't work out as well as I had hoped.
