Joyce is the husband of my Pikachu-gone-Raichu girl, Penny, and the father to their Pikachu/Eevee hybrid daughter, Jenny. n.n He has a long and complicating past, but all troubles aside, he is a very friendly Espeon that only seeks to help others, and is very passionate about the things he does.
