Jones is a man who's simply trying to do his job as a PokeFBI Agent, trying to apprehend Sobu for his particularly illegal and harmful experiments on Pokemon. (Even though Sobu loves pokemon and he would never willingly or severely harm a pokemon.) Jones speaks in monotone, and seemingly has no true sense of humor, for he never laughs or smiles.

Woop is Jones' main pokemon, he freaks out a lot, and tends to miss shots with his gun. Due to not having the full heart to shoot people, even with a tazer, let alone Water Gun. Woop is very easy to talk to, and easy to relate to in terms of being afraid of a lot of things.
