By blending I meant with shading/lighting, mixing the hard/soft shading n..n

I agree with Danza :) just limit yourself, and then spend 5-10 minutes at the end to blend and sharpen some of the features!
You did great :) a few things could be improved over time, just have to be careful with perspectives or some parts of the body will look too small/big.. such as here her head seems a just little smaller than the rest but it doesn't exactly look like the angle as everything else is about the same size. Still, you did a great job, I'm proud of your improvements! :)
