I draw this pic of neokat ^_^ as xmas prezent , I know it's early , but I have been busy as hell with life , been unable to draw for days -_- , I was thinking for while to draw neokat , but couldn't find an idea , so I thought of this , before I get busy and miss the chance .

Took about an hour or less , I didn't color it , I'm not that good with digital coloring yet , and it takes long time for me to color using "primeval way"...

Btw this is my first submission in FA , I don't know much so....Yea <_<
And yea as ya guys noted I get realy lazy when it come to background , I don't like drawing them or I make them blury/faded to focus on target.
