Holiday-inspired frenzy sketch commission for 
obsidianwolfess of herself and her significant other 
flay This picture fondly reminded me of a time when I was crazy about foxes and wolves (don't get me wrong, I still love 'em, but it was a serious obsession back then) and I used to draw them all the time. Canines of all shapes and sizes have never been a strong subject of mine, but I gotta say these guys came out smashingly.
Sketched in pencil before being inked with green ballpoint on 8.5x11 white marker paper. Characters belong to their respective owners and the art © is jointly held by myself (the artist) and the commissioner.

I love the small details in Obsidian's horns. They're totally spot-on. :3 And Flay is such an adorable floof. I love his tail!! Thank you so much for another amazing sketch commission. You always do such a great job with them. ^-^

I hope he likes it when he gets it! I opted for your feral versions this time around because well, it just ended up looking better (and cuter, to boot). Obsidian's horns I think are one of her coolest features so I just had to draw them this time (also, wood textures!). I sent it out back on Monday so you should definitely get it by Christmas; the green ink in person is awesome looking.
