Actually, I think it might be because I am not spending as much time on the internet as I had been that might be causing my mental decay. ._. I do not know why.

My untrained armchair psychology suggestion is that maybe it's stress from all sorts of things, and you normally use the internet as a way to help relieve some of that stress? Hanging out with friends and such? Literally just guessing here.
