Here's another page of sketches. This is still fairly old work, back from the summer of 2010: it's about a dozen or so pages since the first page (Drawing #1), and drawn maybe a day or two later; I forget.
I've erased the dialogue since I don't want to give the story away. But this was me starting to play (more) with views, perspective and other such things. I have a slight background in 'technical drawing': isometric art and such: as a 'non-artistic' kid, I got to do technical art instead, so objects and things I can usually do. Perspective (one-, two- and three-point) I taught myself from diagrams on a blackboard (for 'real artists', of course) at that school.
Anyway, another page of art.

I'll concur with what
RavellingNothing said. I really like that perspective in the last panel, with the nadir as the single vanishing point - very unusual, very dynamic, very cool.

No, it isn't. I still struggle with some parts of it. And I taught myself... being a "you can't draw" student, you know... we weren't 'worthy' of learning about perspective. So I went into the art classrooms, saw the 1-, 2- and 3-point perspective cubes on the blackboard and taught myself. *shrug*
