I've gotten pretty close to feeling like this on several occasions when I've been without internet access, due once to my parents taking the modem away (I went out and bought my own modem then!), then to a computer virus, then a motherboard failure (I still haven't fixed that computer yet, but when Dad got a new computer I got his old one!).

Now I have my Dad's old computer (Windows XP). His new one is Windows 7. I tried it once, and I don't like it much. I much prefer XP or 98. I like old stuff, even computers. See my Personal Quote on my FA page.

My previous computer (with the bad motherboard)was my Dad's old one too, also Windows XP. I think it was made when Windows XP had just come out, in 2004 or so.

I know how you feel about liking old computers. my new one is windows 7 and there is a lot of stuff on here that I could do without/never use. My old laptop had windows XP and I loved it. I love my new computer too but I kinda miss my laptop, it was like my best friend XD
