Wow ' Ha Ha Ha' But Good and such a device dos exist and it's called Deoxyribonucleic Acids DNA for short and all's nedded is to crack the code add animal DNA to the equation give it to a willing victim wait 9 or so months and there you have it, The process is slow do to it takes time to work it's way thru the system' once in place, then it triggers all at once and the victim will feel the slow change coming over him plus be totally confuse 'Ouch !.
