this is mainly being posted to show I am still alive and testing a few things out for a project I am gonna be trying out for myself later on will post update as I make more of them. will be putting this in scraps after a while

I guess another thought that comes to my mind is eventually the skin is going to get so tight you're going to see muscle and circulation anatomy pop out. So you may want to consider details like muscle fiber/bundle/cord definitions showing in increasing detail, veins raising and pulsing/branching/growing/spreading.
Consider what the organics are of really powerful muscle increases. Does it need bigger blood supply? Faster flushing of lactic acids? More infusion of oxygen? Quicker and thirstier drinking of blood to pump itself up? What specifics of growth in animation really communicate full blown power anatomically to you, and show all the biological processes in excruciating and visceral detail yet be still correct and effing sexy? We still need to focus on the subject: BIGGER.
