Commission for zhin
Kivan found a great way to avoid the ice cold water and still not stay hungry.
Wow, this took ages. But I think I learned a lot. And whenever I needed a break I could just watch otter videos on youtube and it wasn't even off topic, woo! (preferably the cup stacking one xD)
Argh, half past three. I should really go to bed.

I like how the otter's colours continue the general 'cool' colour scheme in the picture... yet the warm colours are subtle continuations of the Sun and the branch. I really like the yellow lighting on the otter's purple fur. Speaking of such, the dark purple is a breakthrough from the lightly-coloured atmosphere. The curving of the otter's motion is also pleasant. I am rather surprised at how expressive you made the fish... even the dead fish! A closer look reveals the cracks in the ice and the print on the snow on top of the branch.
