thats why I only take "sliver" and/or "gold" out... like nickels, dimes, quarters, half-dollars, and/or even gold-dollars...
my thought is that: if anyone is already well enough off or just selfish enough to throw more then a penny into a wishing "anything" as if to try to out bid every one else for a wish... then I am just doing karma a blessing, by taking it away... if for nothing else then, the sake of the others that didn't have the means or the thought for such "wasteful wishing."

and yes, I don't use wishing wells, fountains, and/or any other such wishing-things, unless I can't see the bottom.
