if it's to be worn with a suit like mine and her hoodie(with holes for the ears) no she can't cause she have to have the fursuit head to make sure the hood is big enought for the head and the holes for ears are placed correctly
but if it's only a hoodie that match your fursona and isn't made to be worn with a suit, she might be able to do it ;3 I'll have to ask her
