This is really beautiful design for a mermaid. ^^ The use of the colours is great: they're very harmonious and vibrant at the same time. Both colouring and drawing job looks amazing. :) I also saw her new look and I must say that I like this more! ^^ Oldies are the goldies - in their own way...!
