The Macar live on a planet that is covered with water and ice. they have no feet or lungs so they can't walk on dry land with out a water mech. The water mechs come in many diffrent desines the most famouse being the warrior suit used by Demos Hoth. Despied the fact that Hoth is one of there own the Macar is very peaceful. All they want to do is help other races travil across the stars, one of the many reasons why they made the water mechs.
