I wanted to draw something romantic since I am in such a bad mood because of the coming (ugh) holidays... but what cheered me up was seeing a new page on the comic where I saw them standing side by side... I know it was just a dream... but I think they would make such a cute yaoi couple.
Now as to this style...I have been getting into Adventure time... & I love the style... but me being such a stickler for details, I guess I missed the whole style point of beauty in simplicity. Oh well... I like how this came out & I LOVE making bubbles. Also I am trying to ink thinner lines. I was inspired to put Marshall Lee's style to Campy & Kale a little touch of Fin but with a hoody....

The whole underwater theme I liked because some of my best dreams are in underwater... especially when I hit the beach... I made this with this song playing.... I drew in theory that Campy is in this inner turmoil & to add to it, his dreams. He is lost in the confusion of it all... like losing your since of direction when you dive into the sea...
I can just imagine that these two are hiding what lurks in the depths within themselves... or I just like drawing oceans & bubbles... & just like seeing them kiss...

I imagine while the song is playing that Kale tries to turn away from Campy as he finds himself next to him so close... But Campy reaches out to him & makes him face him... After all this is a dream... & dreams are over in the morning light... right....right?
