Dumbo-Octopus? (I think that's what they are called... ^^; )

Nope, he's a vampire squid (Vampyroteuthis infernalis) but I did draw him once paired with a dumbo octopus mermaid. :D

I've never heard of the Vampire Squid (I honestly just thought you were saying he was a vampire ^^; ) That other pic sounds pretty sweet though, will we be seeing that later?

This character I'd like to see more of... Only one even remotely close I've seen elsewhere was Ursula on Disney's "The Little Mermaid". So, highly original!

What I'd definitely like to know and see though, is can this character change colors like the animal it's based on? Would make for some highly interesting mood art.

lol have one as a pet :P nicknamed dumbo this is a very mysterious creature..and i like them for that exact reason.. buuut their not my most favourite cephalopod..cuttlefish are :D very neat picture thought. I always wanted to see a good octopus anthro..
