i didn't play more then a dollar in the machine back when it was out there.. but i owned the N64 editions and then the ps2 and xbox one later
with each edition there were differences.
like N64 was close to arcade, but didn't have all the levels the arcade one had. The psx edition had the other levels that were missing
the ps2 editions *both* had Regular and then Extra character models and bonus levels.
then the xbox game had it all. Then the squeal seven sorrows. which was a completely new guantlet game in the same vein as legends.
I enjoyed the series alot but i prefered to own the game
I think Gauntlet legends was same series. Gauntlet legacy was the updated editions on consoles.
