i like to keep mine on while i work cause it feels relaxing :B and if i'm really stuck on a script or something it's a good sort of mindless space to stare off into.

it just amuses me that after all this time, ren suddenly notices it as well

i think the goop is yellow but since it's surrounded by blue and backed by light, it comes across to the eye as a neon green.

I have loved occasionally seeing your cute kitty enjoying appliances of the home.

Be careful, for her. Kitties eventually can work up the curiosity to touch the lamp, which might frighten them from the heat, causing the lamp to get knocked over, which is scary and messy. It seems to happen quite a bit :c

ren's old enough that she doesn't knock over established human objects out of sheer curiousity. i have yet to have her knock over a cup of liquid, a bottle of paint water, etc. mostly she just pushes pens off desks if she wants to cause trouble.
