I thought that this was a Very serious picture until I saw Mr Blank Stare in the middle of the glowey thing the dragon creature is carrying, but none the less, I am always impressed with your talents. Its nice to see you are still are alive and kicking =3

Yes, I do appear to be alive. I'll try and be alive more often, but most of the art I've been working on lately has been for other people and projects, so I haven't posted it anywhere. I still have a lot of pictures of my own I've gotta finish though :O

Yes, the :| seems to find its way into a lot of my art >> Originally the shading for this was going to be made of :|'s, but that idea ended up failing completely. It still required traces of :| however.

Best I must say I like the 'fingers' of the blue dragon creature, and the backlegs and tail. It looks really purdy ovo especially how you draw bent tails and stuff, that the skin actually gets scrunched up and stuff. And ofcourse the horns! That is so amazingly well done :O *leworship* ^v^

Once I'm able to make my work look okay without the use of outlines, maybe. I notice a lot of artists I really admire don't need to use outlines like I still need to.

Whoa hey. In the fantasy/freelance world, MOST artists I've seen DO use outlines, and I don't speak about the European comics, artists like Civiello, Servais, Lambert, Lidwine, Frank Pé... Oh well, just look at Brian Froud's artwork. You're too harsh about your artwork. If needing outlines, because you need to check the shape first before coming with structure and colors, is your style, I see no problem about it. I rather see it as perfectionism. From what I've seen, you're ready to publish something.

Tip: Don't ink them, just keep outlines on pencil, and try to make them as soft as you can, so they are invisible once the piece is done. The color can give the shapes. And the muscularure, the structures you're doing with color, it's just awesome.

And that goes on for hours until you can't find anything to tweak. You put a lot of effort into your pictures (in a good way).

One seriously freaky image. Awesome textures and details throughout, the horns and spikes on the blue creature really catch my eye, looks like they are made of stone almost. This is amazing/ It has fantacy,horror, and scifi all in one. You do that alot in your artwork, mix alot of themes together and it comes out magically. You dont really see that at all now adays in artwork. its extremely admirable :)

Nice and surreal. I really like the smooth transition where the feet and tail are merging with whatever that it. Looks like this critter is planning on fusing with the earth or somesuch...interesting.

pretty awesome... the matrix seems to come to mind here for some reason o.o the tubes in it's side and legs might be it...
