Meet my Texas talking (being from Texas I believe I have the right to abuse this stereotype if I want so there =P) country hick sandile girl Beth! Beth would love to meet you! ... and the punch she gave you that left that big bruise on what's left of your arm is just her way of saying hello <_<;

Personality:
Cheerful, optimistic, good tempered, and probably listed somewhere as the second or third densest matter known to exist (her skull anyway) Beth wants to be everybody's best friend and won't take no for an answer all the while remaining blissfully unaware to how much people just DON'T like being around her due to her inability to read social cues, her lack of personal space, and her tendency to use violence as a form of expressing affection. Despite her thick accent and "Country Hick" sensibilities she's actually very smart and has a good amount of common sense… as far as problem solving goes. When it comes to people she's clueless and naive, always assuming the best of anyones intentions and eager to help them anyway she can. Despite all of these amazingly upbeat (or obnoxious depending on where you stand) traits Beth isn't without temper… and a nasty one at that. Insult her family in any way, shape, or form and she WILL take you apart brutally. Normally though she's good and kind hearted… though not exactly gentle by any stretch of the imagination...

History:
Born the youngest child and only daughter of a weavile stockbroker who'd made his fortune and retired to run a ranch with his rancher-by-birth Krookodile wife Beth was raised in a loving family with four older brothers. Day to day life for Beth consisted of helping out on her family's ranch under the watchful eyes of her mom, playing (including wrestling and other physical activities) with her brothers, and getting home schooled by her father. Unlike her brothers who were more or less apathetic about higher learning Beth was always eager to learn… enough that her parents regretted their ranch being too far out in the middle of nowhere for Beth to be able to go to a normal school.

Life continued this way until Beth was about 10 and they noticed their little girl was actually WINNING the wrestling bouts against her brothers, even when it was more than one of them against her, not by exceptional strength (which is common in the family due to her mom's genetics) but by clever applications of a few combat moves she'd picked up over the years of ranch work and had started to perfect… it was then her folks started to research the possibility of a scholarship to the PCA.

Long story short they succeeded and Beth is getting her first consistent (she's met other people before but usually only when with her dad on one of his one to three day trips to the city) contact with strangers… and naturally she's ecstatic and more than eager to experience everything Viridian and the PCA has to offer. She also isn't QUITE sure why people flee from her in fear or pain with she gives them a playful punch in the arm or a noogie… she did it when she was bonding with her brothers back home and it didn't bother THEM any...

Fighting Style:
A lifetime of ranch work (and her mother's genes) left Beth with a surprising amount of strength with just got increased by her constant rough-housing with her brothers. Because of this her style is incredibly physical and direct, rarely being more complicated than "Hit them till they give up", "Wrestle them into submission", or "Turn their strength back on them"… but she has managed a surprising amount of variety in these three strategy backed in part due to inheriting Beat Up from her dad and unlike her brothers actually USING it (initially to get work done quicker) in fights. Creating shadow clones of her brothers to give her a hand or distract her opponent. Throwing sand around to blind or trap her opponent is also second nature to her and she learned Foul Play as a way to use her brother's, who are stronger than her, strength against them. Unfortunately she isn't used to fighting anyone OTHER than her brother leaving her very open to being surprised and incredibly inexperienced in the arena.

Miscellaneous Facts:

- Talks with a thick Texan accent constantly and has shown no interest or ability to lose it anytime soon. In fact she finds it funny when people can't understand what she's saying since to her it's plain as day.

- Is very fond of ferals and would probably have her own little menagerie of animals if it was allowed in the dorms, since it's not though she can just wish.

- Due to spending so long away from people and so little time in cities she tends to act like she's never seen most of the stuff you'd find in a city before, particularly technology. In truth she HAS seen it before she just isn't really familiar with it… and she has a nasty habit of being a walking tech-bane to the point giving machines to her is a good way to test them for stress resistance.

- Has a bit of a crush on a "Cute li' pup" named Noah she met recently… which is usually expressed through silly sounding nicknames and "affectionate" beatings whenever she sees him since she knows just about as much about dating as she does astrophysics.
