this is how it happened, Rah was browsing in the forest and picked up a strange shiny blue gem, then it casts a bright light, it transforms Rah into a Lucario, but he doesn't mind the change, well, except that he very curious why there are spikes on his hands and one on his chest XD

i just do this for fun to see if i can draw Lucario, kinda proud that i did a good job drawing him ^^
