ok I tryed my best and I still don't think it look right to me ^^;

ok it has the Metal Sonic move-able body and it has a Demon like body to add

also if you look at the small panels it shows
1 his eye
2 on his hand can come out a sonic blade [can almost cut anything]
3 the end of his tail can change to become anything he picks
4 the BIG oh spikes on his back can become Wings
5 the big spikes can become like tentacules about 5 for each spike as in the max is 10 on him
6 his claws hands can become BIgger Claws
7 his feet can from into like shoe feet for when well no idea XD

ok I tryed my best just hope Entrail like it ^^

the idea of this is my char Dark takes a copy of Metal Sonic's body
use the Living Metal make-up that in Chaotica Doc F's negavie chaos energy and Dark's Demon blood

and they make this monster XP in the world of Sega Sonic

ok I know it looks like a demon version of Metal but ^^; that a bit of the way
