Omg. I did arts.
It's a lizard species Zyssmian, of the Noble class (purple markings). She's seen here, doing a sort of ritual magic dance, making her markings glow. When they do not use any power, they don't glow at all. She has a few nice pieces on, but not a lot. Plain leather outfit. This would be typical Noble class.
