Whoa... when was the last time I posted something... MUCH LESS anything for myself...? XP
Well it's sill a WIP and I am TRYING to learn to paint. If I am doing it right? I HAVE NO CLUE....
but it is all a learning experience. So.. I used it as my icon. Just forgot to post this up. XD

This came out really pretty! I definitely think you're achieving a more painterly feel. Those who paint as such seem to me to be primarily more concerned with form and value/color than line. This also gives me ideas for a similar image I've had in my head for a while and been meaning to paint. :)
