you will need
1 yellow pepper
1/4 cup vegtable broth
2tbsp butter or margarine(optional)
salt and pepper to taste
balsamic glaze (optional)
start by cutting your pepper into large sections and removing the seeds
place on a sheet pan and broil on high on top rack for 10 minutes or until the skin is charred.
put in a bowl and plastic wrap...let sit 5 minutes (this will make it easier to remove the skin)
peel the charred skin from the peppers.
guess what you will never buy pre-made roast peppers again after this
place in processor and blend well with vegetable stock
heat on medium heat until almost boiling, whisk in whole butter or margarine
salt and pepper to taste
serve with balsamic glaze if desired
