I'm glad you like him, the first few pictures of him were actually watercolors...they look atrocious by todays standards but he had a speedo similar to this, though I had a lot more trouble capturing the plaid pattern in that medium.

There's actually a new plaid speedo that I came across from Speedo, I had wanted to make Angus one like that but the pattern was too intricate for me, I like it, though!

I can make you one very similar!

What's a "rubberoon" though? o.0 I thought that meant he was part raccoon at first...

It's the 'inflatable' world in which he and some other denizens (most notably bruiser the dolphin) live...it's from a short lived website I had for my inflation junk, the full name of the place used to be 'Rubberationoon', but wasn't all that catchy to me so I shortened it.
