Will scrap this once I work out a finished design. I wanted to make a non-typical dragon-ish character, but ended up adding a lot of elements of proto-birds into the design.

Was going to have the front limbs be more reminiscent of Archeopteryx's but for the moment they are a bit less useful. As far as colors go, I might go for a sort of slate blue/white stippled patterning like on certain owls or falcons.
