I like drawing really weird or fun clothing on characters. And I never really get to because mostly I'm commissioned for nudes or barely-clothed. So next time I open for commissions they're going to be dress-up commissions, where you give me some kind of style or whatever and I design some clothes for your character to wear.

It's based off this one: http://blog.volantedesign.us/post/38183137384 I just did more spiky/curly bits with the coloured design and adjusted the hood/collar/colour scheme. I've seen lots of hoodies like this around, a lot of them TRON inspired and such.
I believe he makes them custom for both men and women, but I could be wrong. Either way, the way I've done it would be really difficult to do - fabric with that gradient plus those shapes = a seamstresses nightmare probably (I don't do anything sewing related though so I could be wrong).
