Bio: Krasnij came to Union City not long after it was built so over time he has seen the vice and corruption get worse not just from the common people but among the powers that be too. Even the police force that he works for.
He sympathises with the down trodden citizens and tries to help out where he can by donating items to some of the welfare funds set up.
He isn't afraid to tackle crime head on and can sometimes be a little gung ho which has lead to him getting hurt.
Even still he weighs up a situation and tries to find the best ways to guarantee and arrest is made.
He's one of the very rare fair cops of Union City and tries to be lenient on the lesser crimes by issuing fines.
Of course theft and violent crime will not be tolerated he sticks to his guns and strives to keep violent crimes down.
