Kazue is a Draconian-Cat
She is a a very happy kitty, and enjoys having fun with everyone. She is the meaning of curiosity killed the cat, because she gets herself into tons of trouble poking around in things. It is hard to make this chipper cat angry, she tries to keep everything as optimistic as possible.
Problem is that, she not only has to eat like any other animal, she needs to sap energy from others as well. Even with a steady diet after a couple weeks her energy will deteriorate until she becomes mad with hunger. She'll get a short temper and will try to target the largest energy field she can find. She is a sort of Soul Vore, she can sap and sap their energy until she sucks the life out of them, though she tries to avoid this.
Only way to instantly anger her is make her talk about her past. She was genetically created to be poked and prodded for science to find the ultimate mix of cat and dragon. Her number was CD23. She escaped one day and lives in constant worry they will find her and take her back, hiding it under her happy nature. She counts her blessings everyday, so chose her name Kazue, one blessing, her blessing she got when she escaped that lab.

I really have no preference on type of vore, she can soul or oral vore, it's your choice.
Oral vore wise she can eat about 2-3 anthros, depending on their size. Soul Vore she doesn't need more then one person, but if she goes on a craze she can vore at most 5.
She does not have fire breath, her Soul vore is for her personal energy and for her magick. She uses the energy she collects to will others to do as she says, she's usually very subtle about it and doesn't push if the person really resist her. Unless she is ravenous Soul Vore she usually does by consent, since it doesn't take much from the giver to let her 'feed'.
