Hi Raptoarts.
I still use Siliconecasting for my stuff to - but working with resin and the make of masks with that methode costs me too much time.
But my main reason for using vac. forming I hate working with resin which is quite dangours when inhale tthe dust from sanding and fumes while making.
I got ones liverproblems with that stuff.
I also offer to make thermoform masks for others when they send me a mould or 3D Data. The work yesterday was 14 heads in 2.5h incl. heating up of the maschine. I also can copy now exiting forms with my 3D digitizer and my 3d Scanner.
