History: The older/younger brother of Isanji Seiichirou, Momoki Seiichirou is the last known subject in the Moon Children Experiment. Being slightly taller and having a much more mature opinion on things he's considered the oldest out of everyone (even though their all the same age in reality). His cold personality and seemingly unending hatred for everything earns him the number one spot on everyones shit list.
But despite all the negative Momoki is actually quite a sincere fur. Though he'd never show it the tiger has a strong, protective bond between himself and Isanji. He never likes to be touched but for some reason lets his sibling hug, tug, kiss, and pounce him without viciously drop-kicking him (Hell even I can't touch him ) into next tuesday. Some clues in his behavior indicates he has a nice side.
Momoki's abilities are few but effective, many of the earlier subjects have multiple special abilities that can help and hurt each other. However he was only given three distinct attributes. First of all he has a higher IQ than the others allowing him to memorize and record any information given to him and retaining it for several years. His next ability are the difference between when he has his glasses on and off, when off his pupils constrict and his eyes are capable of zooming in on pin point positions from long distances, this is called Hypertension. His last ability works with his eyes, Momoki's blood when exposed to air can harden into different types of metals based on his subconcious reaction. These abilities make him the perfect long-range attacker and an excellent sniper.
