I'm a big fan of Kenne-Bell's twin-screw compressors, more efficient unless your Eaton is a TVS, which helps some.

I have a Vw Jetta 1.8T I have an 03 with the AWP engine code. I will be doing my timing belt soon. lol. The AWP is the 180HP model. The others are 150hp.

Question, since you have done stuff with audi/vw do you know anything about the Secondary Air Injection? My car keeps throwing code P0411 SAI Incorrect Airflow Detected.

I have replaced the SAI hoses, The SAI pump works, I fixed the vacuum leaks, boost leaks and a bad PCV hose. It was overheating a few months after i got it. one of the two radiator fans was bad. replaced that. Then when it got cold out it would not stay warm. Turns out from when it was overheating the thermostat went into fail-safe mode and locked itself open so replaced thermostat. I bought it from a dealership that just got it in and did not get a chance to go over it, since they did not know exactly what they had I was able to get it for about half of the blue book vale and i got them to throw in a free 2 year 24,000 mile warranty xD

I have no idea what that all is.

Few things you got to know about that one. Few mods to the oil line and pressure before going hard on it.

eh never mind XD it's not my place to rant and talk about such. If it's working well for you then awesome ^^ just are some oil issues if you want to put some serious power out of it and if you have a lot of miles and on stock internals you'll have more issues later LOL. If so you'll need the oil catch and return tank before you spend tons on the engine trying to find the issue.

I don't plan to run it any higher than the kit was set up for. If you have any good links to resources on the 40v v8 I would really appreciate it - it's been hard to find info that isn't just some JHM fanboy nonsense. If never heard about oil issues - how are you combating this on yours with the (presumably) Gen V M90?

it should be known. Me and Jeremy with PES (designer) put together the supercharger. Also two others have had similar issues. ranging from missfires in both banks and vaccuum leaks. Models 2003 (mine) 2005 2008. Each car has a personality :)

I was in the US for 18 months on a J1 visa. Tried to stay longer by applying for a TN but it was denied since I only have 1 year of necessary schooling. Now I'm waiting until March to apply for an O2 since I'm working remotely with somebody in the US on an O1... If you are able to help me get through on a work visa of some sort that would be awesome. ;3 super cute user pic btw.
