This is a self portrait I did many years ago as a Christmas present for my mom. I removed the text (including some stuff that she scribbled on it) upon scanning. I was around 16 when I drew this I think so this is circa 2001-2002-ish? good 11-12 years ago...
This was a free hand piece, no tracing. I think I did use a picture of Trunks from DBZ as a reference for the jacket, which explains the much bolder, more confident lines on that part. The rest of it is totally improvised, which is part of why it looks a tad skewed compared to the jacket proportions.
I gave myself ears of course, but I went with white tiger stripes for this one. I think that's partly because spots were just too hard for me at the time x3
