Yep. I see that place every day. Just south of this place is a church and then a pecan farm. The house on the pecan farm was torched by arsonists a few months ago. There has been a large barn and and old man's house torched the last few months.

Just some freak with a fire obsession. They are just now rebuilding the house at the pecan farm. The barn was abandoned and the old man died a few years ago before his house was torched.
