Yeah, I was tempted to do something like this myself. Though what do the mental twisting things do to a person?

they beleive that they've survived against Genma in a fight, and are trapped thinking that and living a dream as their body becomes a puppet for genma to do with what he wants. :I

Nope. because genma doesn't have his own personality- all he has is based off of Zeros's vices.

Say he got to me, and corrupted my own body, what would become of me, and my state of being? Considering my darker side is a bit powerful due to a har dlife, been pushed back, yet growing stronger.

Your mind would be lost in a dream-like state from which things are too realistic to tell the difference and rebel from. And should you resist, the agony would force you into submission, longing for the dream world, believing that what you woke from was the true dream/nightmare. Your darker side wouldn't be able to differentiate from it. since I don't know much about your character- I cant guess what'd become of your body- which reflects your inner self and is protruded into your abilities as a genma thrall. However, I'd wager that your dark side would come under the lure of genma's ability. as the darker it is, the easier it is to manipulate for him.

But yeah, my Darker side would gladly take up the opportunity to push my normal self into submission and take Genma's side.
