At the age of twenty-one he was subject to top-secret expirementation on the prolongation of life and resistance to chemical weapons. In a short summary the subject no longer seems to age and his breath produces highly lethal "Novichok" nerve agents with an estimated strength of one-hundred times that of Sarin nerve gas of which he suffers no effects from.
There has been development of a chemical injection that can temporarily sedate the nerve agent producing effects allowing him to continue operating under the states command. Development though is underway to further weaponize his unique capabilities.
