He's a radio show host. Well known for his controversial views (almost like he's trying too hard) he teaches men how to outsmart women and get a chick to put out while maintaining distance and safety.
Although I agree with his advice (IF you're not looking for Mr. or Ms. Right...) his tactics are pretty heartless.
